Fulton Street Auctions is preparing its inaugural auction. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell property. Bids cannot be placed here.

Terms published with each sale

When an auction is offered, the catalog or listing for that sale will state the conditions that apply. Those conditions are expected to cover buyer’s premium, payment, wire transfers, bidder qualification, authenticity, shipping, risk of loss, dispute procedures, reserves, and withdrawals.

Online auction platforms

Upcoming auctions are intended to be offered through leading online auction platforms. Bidding will follow the conditions of that sale and the procedures of the platform conducting it.

Consignment inquiries

Sending a consignment inquiry does not require Fulton Street Auctions to accept property, and it does not create an auction agreement.
